I love these guys. They built a local skateboard brand, brought it to the world and had fun doing it. Now they are taking that same passion for everything cool and bringing it to the daily commuter.
Tired of sitting in traffic on their way from the North Shore to their offices in East Vancouver owners Mike and Tom decided to put their creative energies into building fast sleek bicycles for the urban cyclist. Five years later and they are building steel and titanium artwork in their local shop on Union Street.
These guys get it. According to owner Mike, “if you have to commute, why not make it the best part of your day, and for that to happen you have to be riding a bike that you love”. The bikes at Landyachtz fit the mold, they roll fast and look good. I can attest to that fact. I recently had Blake at Landyachtz custom design and build a titanium bike for me. I have been riding it for a few weeks and it is quicker and snappier than anything that I have owned previously. It goes to show that a bike built with passion will outperform anything else.
